This Promotion is conducted by Smart Innovations, LLC ("More Than Rewards"), located at 11047 W National Ave, West Allis, WI, 53227, the "Sponsors." Participants in the Promotion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. A copy of your identification will be made to redeem a prize(s). Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason and terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time. No purchase is necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve or increase a Participant's chances of winning. This Promotional Giveaway will be available to all patrons who have correctly answered all ten trivia questions. The monthly prize value will be at most $500, issued via a store gift card at select motorcycle dealerships.

The drawing will be issued on the 15th of each month and winners will be published on our website http://BikerBot.net/winners, a photo release and name release is required as the participant's likeness will be published on our website. Participants do not need to be present to win; if the winner of any of the prizes is not current, they will be contacted via the phone number entered into the "App" at the time of entry and they will have 24 hours to claim the prize before another participant has the chance to win. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of losing or damaging their prize after it has been accepted and delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure.
